For about a week, when I attempt to log onto a wi-fi network, my list of available networks appears for less than a second, then they are gone. I have all the updated drivers for my network adapter. If I disable/enable wi-fi, the list appears again just for an instance, and then they are gone. Select Start > Power > Restart ,or if you have updates pending, select Update and restart. After your Surface restarts, sign in. Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet . Select Airplane mode, and make sure Airplane mode is set to Off.
